2021 community virtual art Contest - Information

The Allied Arts of Renton 2021 Community Virtual Art Contest is for visual arts entries, including photography and any art medium. Limit 2 entries per person.  Artists, young and old, can submit their entries on our website, or download, print, and mail (or email) their form entries to

Entries will be categorized by age groups: Youth: 6-12, Teen: 13-19, Adult: 20-54, Senior: 55 and up,  Winners are selected by a panel from the Renton community and Allied Arts of Renton members, and is subjective based on decisions by this panel.  Prizes will be gift cards up to $150 ea. Actual final number of winners in each category is dependent upon number of entries, expected to be multiple per page group plus several Memorial Awards will be given by distinguished Renton art patrons and artists. Gift Cards are all from local Renton small businesses to help stimulate our Renton community.  

Entries limited to people who's home residence is in Renton, or within the Renton School District.

This contest is in partnership with the Renton Municipal Art Commission and Allied Arts of Renton.

To be considered for this contest, you must submit the form along with images of your artwork by May 31, 2021. Judging will begin at the beginning of June and expects to be completed by mid-June. Actual time may vary. 

Winners will be notified by email and/or phone. Awards will be mailed to the address on the contest form. Awards are as follows:
